The IRU’s new publication

The IRU Delegation to Eurasia in collaboration with the Transport Research Institute of Kazakhstan has published a new book, An Analysis of Freight Traffic in Central Asia and China’s Border Areas.
This publication is unique in that it represents the first ever venture to bring out in toto the statistics on international road transport operations in the Central Asian region and adjacent border areas of China. Yet another distinctive feature of this study is that apart from statistics it offers an expert assessment and forecast of development of the road transport industry in the region.
