Durres, Albania - 21 April 2007
The Black Sea Ring Highway Caravan was today welcomed in Durres by Mr Kujtim Hashorva, Head of Road Transport Policies, Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Telecommunication of the Republic of Albania, Mr Gjergj Mura, In Charge of BSEC Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania and Mr Ilir Mataj, President of the Association of Albanian Enterprises for International Road Transport (ANALTIR).
